hot title:VIETNAM= FUN!

HEY HEY HEY!!!
I'M BACK!!

Before I start about my trip,
I would like to wish everyone a
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

MY TRIP TO VIETNAM!
and so,
Dad fetched my mom and I to
the Airport early in the morning on Christmas Day,

SINGAPORE AIRPORT'S CHRISTMAS TREE..

after taking photos,
my mummy's colleagues arrived..

Cut Crap..

Reached there in like 2 hours..

VIETNAM AIRPORT'S CHRISTMAS TREE..
see the Diff?
Singapore higher class right..

and so we arrived there,
on the roads,
we saw...

they are like going for a race or something..

Reached the hotel..

Show you the rooms..

Dinner and all..

26th..
We went to Cuchi,
the hideout of the Vietnamese soldiers during the war..
there,
we tried entering the long tunnels where they hid,
the holes are that small..

tasted the potatoes and the tea they ate and drank..
The bomb left a huge hole on the field..
dam scary...

Random Pics..

Then we saw the traps they made..
super violent..

after that,
we went to the war museum..
photos taken during the war,
life imprisonment..

after that,
dinner..
thennn...
went to watch
The Water puppet show..
it was very exciting!

the coordination and all was very very good!

27th...
We sat on a boat to this Coconut candy factory..

after mass buying their candies,
we took a short horse cart ride to try their local fruits
and taste their honey wine..

ok..
so this guy right he took out this honey comb full of bees..
he agreed to let us stick our finger into it to try the honey.
and so i took this opportunity to get my mom to take a picture of me and the many bees..
BUTTTT...
she took this..

She took THIS leh!!!!!!!!
and this was after many shots.
can you imagine how many times i had to ask the guy in charge to stick my finger into the honey comb?!
QC FAIL!!
and so after so many times..
the bees must have hated me so much because i took too much of their honey that
they decided to NOT leave my finger alone that my mom took an unglam shot of me yelling..

well,
at least she got the pic of the honey comb..
=.=

Random pics..

after that,
we had seafood dinner on this floating restaurant..
they kept us entertained that we did not even know that the ship returned back to its original place...
entertained us with this..

actually,
before this act was all the singing and dancing..
the moment she came out
everybody on the ship started snapping photos..
Haiiii..PEOPLE..

28th...
We set off very early to DaLat,
located high up in the mountains where it was hell of 15-19 degrees..
its like genting in malaysia..
just that DaLat is in vietnam lorhs..
6 hours journey..stopped for lunch and toilet..
Stopped in BaoLoc to visit the Damri waterfall..
where we get to sit roller coaster down..
in this case where we had full control of..

after that,
we went to the hotel.
it was called...
NGOC LAN hotel..

er yeahh..
so due to the cold weather,
we ate steamboat for dinner..

the small stalls they had all sold winter coats although it was not snowing there..

OH YAH!
that was the day where vietnam won the soccer match against thailand..
when they scored the goal,
everyone in the streets started cheering..
everyone..
when the final scores came out,
everyone started parading in the streets all over vietnam..
they were all so united!
all proud of their country..

29th...
we went to CRAZY HOUSE..
Designed by a Communist leader daughter..
she was in the ticket booth when i saw her..
quite scary..

Her dad is the communist leader..

Show you the house she designed..
Dam Nice

After that,
we went to this Love Valley..
it's actually a park lorhs..
for couples..
like Duhh =.=
but we still took a slow walk down and all..

just right opposite the park,
there was this embroidery shop..
pure talent,
these people..

after that,
we went to the Truc Lam pagoda..
eye opener!!
the scenery there was FANTASTIC!

and so,
30th...
we packed our stuffs,
headed back down to HoChiMin City; Saigon
went to their theme park..
it was all old and stuff..

but we had fun..
definitely had fun..

after that,
we visited this Tea shop,
they sold very excellent wine and
of course tea..

back to Le Duy to rest and all.

31st..
We had our own leisure time,
went to Saigon square..
where we spent our whole day there..

anyways,
getting to know the different cultures there was simply enriching..
the whole trip was definitely something totally different to me and my mom..
