♥ hot title:Band Day again..WHoo
Went for band today,
reached school at about 11.30am,
had lunch with Pei wen at the mini mart..
band had practise in the quadrangle today..
until it started to rain..
then back to band room..
Left at 4 to meet delphinna.
dinner at pastamania..
Anyway,
after dinner right,
i headed to popular to buy yellow foolscap..
it is said that
the yellow foolscap helps produce a warming effect,
arouses cheerfulness,
stimulates mental activity and at the same time
generate muscle energy.
Super cool right,
first time i saw this..

Well,
they have yellow, blue, green and red..
And all different colours help in different ways..
well, the blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body.
It slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect.
So if you are stressed,
take blue..
I don't really know about the rest though..
